CUTTING OIL CLEAR

Want to get away from black messy cutting oils and still get the job done? Champions Choice Cutting Oil Clear is a transparent straw-colored machine aid. Because it is clear the operator can see the cutting interface more easily. Cutting Oil Clear is excellent for cutting, drilling, milling and threading most types of steel including low and medium carbon as well as nickel and chrome alloy types. It is also safe to use on aluminum, brass and copper, as it does not contain sulfur. Cutting Oil Clear contains carefully selected extreme pressure agents and high lubricity additives that help provide a better finish and long tool life. It is an excellent general duty cutting oil and the perfect workhorse for most machining operations. For more difficult machining applications on all ferrous metals, we recommend Cutting Oil Dark.

CUTTING OIL DARK

Champions Choice Cutting Oil Dark is a heavy-duty multi-purpose cutting oil formulated for use on hard-to-machine alloy and stainless steels as well as many of the exotic metals. It contains a balanced package of premium chlorine, sulfur and fatty additives. This oil will provide excellent tool life and smooth finishes in all types of machining operations including cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding and similar operations. Not for use on copper or brass.

LARD OIL

Champions Choice Premium Grade Lard Oil is a versatile cutting oil that can be used for machining, grinding and threading all types of pipes and plumbing fixtures (both ferrous and non-ferrous metals). This light-colored lard oil provides excellent lubricity for good finishes, free machining and extended tool life. Adding Premium Grade Lard Oil to conventional cutting oils improves finish and performance. Contains no harmful or potentially dangerous additives.
