General Purpose Coolant

Champions Choice Soluble Oil GP is a premium, general-purpose coolant for machining and grinding operations on metals where the machinability ratings are 70 and above. Formulated for applications where cooling rather than high load-carrying capacity is the primary requirement. Contains no added chlorine or sulfur. An effective bactericide provides good sump life. Soluble Oil GP leaves a light oily film to help provide short-term corrosion protection.

A dilution of 20 to 1 is recommended for most machining applications. For Grinding, dilutions of up to 50 to 1 can be used. When mixing it is important that the soluble oil be added to the water rather than the reverse. In addition, the water should be agitated during the mixing process. Make certain that all of the soluble oil is emulsified.

Water Soluble Grinding Coolant

A premium quality low viscosity water soluble oil compounded specifically for all types of grinding operations. Helps keep wheels free cutting and fines are easily removed. The recommended dilution is 20:1 to 60:1. Always add oil to water when mixing. Make sure all of the oil is emulsified.
